Astra15 travel to Denmark

Three swimmers from Barry Beavers were fortunate to join Astra 15 on an incredible trip to Denmark. Holly, Abby and Nick joined swimmers from Blaenau Gwent Otters and Rhondda Polar Bears. The trip was organised by Astra 15 Chair, Dawn Moore. 

The trip included the opportunity to swim in an International Halliwick gala, where our team came home with 4 gold and 2 silver medals.

The amazing four day trip included an indoor tropical zoo, a visit to Lego House and the fantastic Aquadome park.
